Terms of service

Please read before commissioning me

General information

  • I have a right to refuse a commission out of my comfort zone

  • I reserve the right to post commissioned work to my social media, if you have specific day when i am allowed to post it please let me know

  • Please lets keep things professional

  • You are welcome to message me anytime you want but i am based on northern europe UTC +3 time zone so please be patient when doing so

 

Payment

  • I only take payment throught paypal or ko-fi

  • I take the payment after the rough sketch FULLY upfront or 50/50 for over 100€ orders

  • Base prices might change (read commission info)

  • Commission are non-refundable after finishing the work

  • If refund is needed during an work phase, the refund will be % of the work done, 90% for sketch phase done, 50% for half way done, 30% for almost done etc

 

Schedule and work time​

  • My timezone is UTC +3

  • Commission can take from few days to an week, rendered pieces can easily take 1-2 weeks, so please be patient with me

  • Please let me draw/post my own personal art between commissions so i dont get creatively overwhelmed and having time to grown my platform, do not worry because your work is my primary task

  • I work on art almost everyday but taking breaks at some points so i wont get an burnout

  • I dont work on holidays

 

Process

  • Please check prices and T.O.S first before commissioning me

  • We talk about the details for your commission to confirm pricing

  • I will be sending you updates, you can ask for them aswell

  • Please answer my updates on timely manner, no progress will be made if client doesnt answer

  • No need to be shy about fixes or changes

  • Revisions are allowed but when commission is finished only little changes are allowed to be made, but if coming back to me for changes, those will come with a charge​

Sharing on socials and platforms

  • Repostin and sharing on different socials and platforms only with credits and watermarks

​

 

AI and Copyright policy

  • Commissions are strictly prohibited from any form of AI, resell merchandise, NFTs etc. violation will result in blacklist from my commissions

  • I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicaly feature the work, if not bought the rights for the work
